• Another example is 七月十号, which means "July 10."

Additionally, days of the week are expressed as 星期 followed by the day name:

(2) Time Representations

Time in Chinese is expressed using a straightforward format that includes hours and minutes. The structure generally follows: [Hour]点[Minute]分.

• For instance, 两点 means "2:00."
• 两点二十五（分） translates to "2:25."
• 三点零五（分） means "3:05."
• 五点半 translates to "5:30."
• To express a time that is a few minutes before the hour, such as "7:58," you would say 差两分八点, which literally means "two minutes to eight."

Understanding these formats is essential for effective communication regarding dates and times in Chinese.
